“Fake Faces,” which delves into teenage rebellion, is described as a ‘prelude’ to his dark COMPLEX era, which featured Felip’s signature deep-voiced rap, and Kanako, ‘a redemption song’ he released in appreciation of A’TIN’s support, a rock ballad that showed his softer side, becoming a ‘triad of Felip’s story’.
Felip has garnered a lot of attention after his solo debut and has snagged numerous awards, such as WISH 107.5’s Wishclusive Hip-hop Performance of the Year for “ROCKSTA,” showing the enthusiasm fans and the industry have for his unique sound.
It will be interesting to see what sound is created through “Fake Faces” and what it means for the next step into his new era.
